Why Sliq photos look like 2005 and phone photos don't

How to use
Step 1. Open the side door, insert the battery and the included card, close it and charge with the cable.
Step 2. Slide the front cover open. The camera turns on. Press the shutter to shoot, hold it for video.
Step 3. Press the mode key to switch between film filters and turn the flash on or off.
Step 4. Slide the cover shut to turn it off. To move photos, put the card in the included reader and plug it into your phone or laptop.

Does it actually take good photos, or is it just the look?
Both. It's a proper digital camera with 4K video, a 2.8 inch screen, anti-shake and 16x zoom. The flash and the film filters are what give the photos the 2000s character. You get sharp shots with the look already on them.
How do I get the photos onto my phone?
Take the memory card out, put it in the included USB card reader, and plug it into your phone with the USB-C adapter or straight into a laptop. The photos show up like any folder. Takes about two minutes.
How is this different from my phone camera?
Your phone processes every shot to look clean and even. Sliq uses a small sensor, a real flash and on-camera filters, so the photos come out with glow, contrast and grain. It also means your phone stays in your bag all night.
How long does the battery last and how does it charge?
