Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Finch Holm. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders worldwide. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation and tracking link once your package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations

Finch Holm ships worldwide. Delivery times vary by region based on distance, local carriers, and customs handling. The estimates below start from the day your order ships, not from the day you place it.

🇺🇸 United States

Estimated delivery: 5 to 11 business days

Standard tracked shipping is available to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Tracking updates are provided from dispatch to delivery.

🌎 North America (Canada and Mexico)

Estimated delivery: 6 to 12 business days

Delivery to Canada and Mexico typically takes 1 to 2 business days longer than the United States due to border handling and local carrier handoff.

🇪🇺 Europe

Estimated delivery: 6 to 12 business days

Fully tracked shipping is available to all European Union member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and most neighboring countries. Delivery may take an additional 1 to 2 business days in remote regions or during peak periods.

🌐 Rest of the World

Estimated delivery: 8 to 16 business days

We ship to most countries across Asia, Oceania, South America, the Middle East, and Africa. Exact timelines depend on local postal networks and customs clearance in your country. Some remote destinations may require additional transit time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving this email for tracking data to fully appear in the carrier's system.

If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out and we will look into it for you.

Factors That May Affect Delivery Time

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The following factors can cause delays beyond our control:

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays for international shipments
  • Severe weather, natural disasters, or global events
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or mistyped shipping addresses
  • High-volume periods such as holidays, Black Friday, and seasonal sales
  • Local carrier delays in your delivery region

We appreciate your patience in these situations. If a delay occurs, we will keep you informed and do everything within our power to resolve it quickly.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Finch Holm is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.

If you notice a mistake right after placing your order, contact us within 12 hours at hello@finchholm.com and we will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the order total at checkout and are set by your local government, not by Finch Holm.

We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering if you are unsure.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare case that your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at hello@finchholm.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you toward a resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
